Privacy Notice — Manoo
1. What data we collect
Manoo, in its current version, does not send your screen, mouse, or keyboard data to any server of ours. All processing (screenshots, mouse/keyboard control, the Pro audit log) happens locally on your machine.
What Manoo sees or reads on your screen (screenshots and text) is handed to Claude, the Anthropic assistant you use, the same as any file you show it in a conversation. That handling is governed by your Claude account and Anthropic's privacy policy, not by Manoo.
Exception: the Pro + Web plan (using Manoo from claude.ai in the browser). Only if you turn it on, claude.ai's requests and their responses —including screenshots— pass through our relay on Cloudflare to get from claude.ai to your computer. They pass in transit only: we don't store screenshots or a history of actions. To run the relay we keep your license email (to route requests to your computer) and claude.ai's access tokens, stored hashed. Every session needs your approval with a click on your computer, and you can disconnect at any time by closing Manoo or removing the connector in claude.ai.
The only personal data we collect and retain is, if you purchase a Pro license:
- Your email address (to issue and associate the license).
- The license's issuance and expiration dates.
We do not collect payment data directly — our payment processor (Stripe) handles your payment data under its own privacy notice. Your email address is also shared with our email delivery provider (Resend) solely to deliver your license, under its own privacy notice.
2. Purpose of processing
We use your email address only to issue and validate your Pro license, to contact you for support related to your license, and to notify you of significant changes to the product you purchased. We do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent, nor do we share it with third parties beyond what is stated above.
3. Data transfer
We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except where legally required or to the service providers named in section 1 (Stripe, Resend) and, only for the Pro + Web plan, Cloudflare, which runs the relay.
4. Access, rectification, cancellation, and objection rights (ARCO)
You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Object (known in Mexico as "derechos ARCO") to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact jamiel.garcia.velazquez@gmail.com stating your request; you will receive a response within a reasonable time.
5. Changes to this notice
This notice may be updated as the product evolves. Any significant change will be announced in this document and, where applicable, within the product itself.
